85). B is the correct answer.
A, C, E - incorrect - "in attributing criminal or delinquent behavior" is modifying perpetrators which is not correct because the defense attorneys are attributing behavior to food allergies.
D - incorrect - doesn't identifies the attributors at all.

86). C is the correct answer - Parallelism - ...not...but..
A, B - incorrect - violating parallelism - right form...not in....but in...
D - incorrect - wrong tense
E - incorrect - passive

In Q86. Can u explain why (d) uses the wrong tense - as his work evolved into inventions...shouldn't "had evolved" be the correct use. This probably is a stupid question but would appreciate if u could explain.
